Transcribed from Mr. G. Herman Guy's Cemeteries in Chautauqua County, Kansas

The Denick Cemetery is located in S29 — T33 - R1O of Summit Township. It is in the center of the section on top of a hill and one must enter from the east up a long lane to the top of the hill. The last burial was that of Emma N. Comer who died in August 10, 1947 and the earliest from the stones is that of a child, Judson Goodwin, who died 29 Aug 1873. There is a sign on a gate at the entry plus another one over the gate at the top of the hill. The stones were read by Mike Brown and Bonnie Beckham in June 1984 and updated in April 1985. There are over 30 markers with no names or dates.

Lines denoted by **** are names from obituaries that have been added to Mr. Guy's list. The names are links to the obituary.

If you have an obit of a person either listed or unlisted and would like to share it with others, I would be happy to post the obit and link to it. DET
