The Studer Family Graveyard is located east of Cedar Vale in Harrison Township in section 17. This land was owned by the Studer family from early years in the developing of the county. The cemetery is on top of a hill surrounded by a 4 wire barb wire fence and a gate. It is about 14 x 24 feet in size. The cemetery was all grown up nearly hip high with weeds and sprouts. In each corner are stumps of trees that once marked the place. There are 3 or 4 sandstone markers with nothing legible. In the center is a modern version granite tombstone with the following information about 3 people buried there.
