These pages of deaths are from a group of records found by Del Huggins in the Sedan City Clerk's office. Certainly they are not complete, but they do add information, in some instances, not found in other records. The records had long been neglected and mistakes in transcription must certainly have occurred, hopefully not too many. However, if you do find mistakes, please bring them to my attention and the information will be changed.
The original records contained more information than I have included here, i.e., some had place of burial and most had cause of death. The intent of these pages was to include names that may not have been found in the cemetery listings because no headstones were in place. Also, to provide a place of death, especially in those cases where death did not occur in the county.
